We started Savory Three with a profound belief in the restorative power of genuine, home-cooked meals. My journey back to Ethiopian cooking started after grappling with persistent health issues and brain fog, a deep dive in to the latest science in search of the right answer to my problems led me to whole foods. And naturally, I went back to cooking what I knew best. My business partner, a seasoned chef from Ethiopia, brought a wealth of expertise in the artful blend of spices and a deep-seated passion for cooking.
At Savory Three, we celebrate the rich heritage of Ethiopian culinary traditions with high quality ingredients. Our mobile haven serves up a harmonious trio of sauces, each a testament to the vibrant tapestry of flavors that define our culture, ladled over a bed of soft injera. This combination is not just food; it’s a cultural experience, a remedy that nourished a soul back to health and continues to delight the palates of our patrons.
